Horses have been my companions since I was a young girl, when I first stepped into the pasture and felt that quiet, certain knowing: this is where my soul aligns with the world. Over the years, that early bond has become a lifelong calling — shaping the heart of who I am and the work I offer through Valkyrie Equine Experiences.

With decades of hands-on experience — from riding and training to working as a veterinary technician, instructor, and equine-assisted learning facilitator — I’ve come to understand the horse as one of our greatest teachers.

​

My practice is grounded in experience, science, heart intelligence, and the subtle language of energy and presence. I’m trained in Equine-Assisted Learning, HeartMath®, and Therapeutic Horsemanship, and I weave these together to create experiences that honor both the horse’s sovereignty and the human spirit.

At Valkyrie Equine Experiences, the herd and I hold space for authentic exploration — where growth unfolds naturally through awareness, respect, and connection.

You don’t need horse experience to join us; just a willingness to show up as you are. Horses have a remarkable way of reflecting our truth, helping us release what no longer serves and reconnect with our own inner steadiness and strength.

This work is the culmination of a lifetime — it’s something I’ve lived and become. It’s the embodiment of what the horses continually teach: strength through softness, courage through presence, and leadership through heart.
