Individualized programs for youth, teens, and families

A flexible, customized horsemanship experience blending therapeutic riding, experiential learning, and emotional regulation through connection with the horse.

 

Heart-Centered Horsemanship is designed for individuals seeking a supportive, sensory-aware, confidence-building environment. Each session may combine mounted work, groundwork, relational activities, and somatic awareness practices based on the client’s needs for that day.

Through the calm presence of the horse, participants develop:

  • Emotional regulation & nervous system skills

  • Confidence, resilience & self-esteem

  • Clear communication & healthy boundaries

  • Problem-solving & social learning

  • Body awareness, balance & coordination

  • Mindfulness, grounding & connection

  • Trust, empathy & partnership


Sessions evolve organically in collaboration with the horse, always honoring the animal’s autonomy, comfort, and emotional well-being.

Youth, teens, neurodivergent individuals, ABA clients, Regional Center participants, families, and anyone seeking emotional, physical, and relational growth through horses.

Register/Info Request

Format: 1:1 sessions | 45–60 minutes 

  • Single Session: $145

  • Monthly Package (4 sessions): $540

  • 8-Session Package: $1,040

  • Family/Two-Sibling Session: $225

 

We serve San Luis Obispo County, including Paso Robles, Atascadero, Morro Bay, Templeton, Arroyo Grande, and Pismo Beach.
