A unique integrative experience blending HeartMath emotional-regulation techniques with the sensitive feedback of horses to cultivate deep clarity, balance, and inner coherence.

 

Coherence Coaching guides clients through scientifically supported HeartMath practices, mindfulness, and somatic attunement while engaging with the horse’s natural ability to sense and respond to emotional states. This creates a powerful environment for personal
transformation and grounded presence.​​​
