WILD MARE MOVEMENT ~ Circuit Training and Mindfulness
Come enjoy nature for this 2 hour experience. We will start promptly at 8 am to be respectful of everyone's time.
15 minute check-in and overview of circuit
10 minute warm-up stretching, intentional breathing
20 minute cardio
20 minute lower body
